By Metro

  • Metro North Harlem Line- White Plains Stop. Walk one block South East to the office on Bank St.    
  • Bank Street Commons and Camille's will be on your right hand side as you walk toward our building.
  • Our building is located at the corner of Bank Street and Martine Ave with the entrance on Bank Street.

Traveling East on I-287 E/Cross Westchester Exwy

  • Take EXIT 5 toward White Plains, Merge onto RT-119 S/Tarrytown Rd. Stay in right lane for 1.3 miles.    
  • Turn right onto Bank St. Bank St is just past the overpass for the White Plains Train Station. (street sign is above) *If you reach S Lexington Ave you've gone a little too far.
  • Turn left at the 2nd light right before the Mercedes Benz dealership. Enter the garage entrance with green sign labeled "10 Bank Street Parking" on the left hand side.

Traveling West on I-287 W/Cross Westchester Exwy

  • Take I-287 W/Cross Westchester Exwy to Westchester Ave EXIT 8 toward White Plains/ Westchester Mall Place (stay to the left but not in the left turning lanes).
  • After you pass the Westchester Mall, the road curves to the right.
  • Make the first left at the sign that points to the 'Central Business District'. There is no street name directing you.
  • You will be at a light and you can only turn left. You will be turning on to Route 22 South Broadway.
  • Once you pass through the light, and are on Route 22 South Broadway, you will make the first right at Martine Ave. This is fairly quick so stay in the right lane.
  • Follow Martine and pass through 3 lights, (about ½ mile).
  • The 4th light will be South Lexington. Once you cross over South Lexington, stay in the left lane and take the 2nd left into the parking garage (just before Bank Street). ***Do not enter the first parking garage on left (The Seasons). We are the 2nd garage entrance with green sign labeled "10 Bank Street Parking".

    The parking garage has a 7’ height restriction.

Traveling South on Bronx River Parkway South

  • Take Bronx River Pkwy S.    
  • Turn right onto N Central Ave/Central Park Ave.
  • At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on N Central Ave/Central Park Ave.
  • Turn left onto Route 119 E/ Tarrytown Rd. Continue to follow Route 119E. Stay in the right lane and continue to follow for about 1/2 mile.
  • Make a right at the light onto Bank Street.
  • Make a left at the 2nd light right before the Mercedes Benz dealership. Enter garage entrance with green sign labeled "10 Bank Street Parking".

Traveling North on Bronx River Parkway North

  • Take Bronx Pkwy N to EXIT 21 (Main Street).    
  • At the light, make a right onto Main Street.
  • Make the first right onto Bank Street.
  • Turn left at the second light, before the Mercedes Benz Dealership for 10 Bank St.
  • Enter garage entrance on the left hand side with green sign labeled "10 Bank Street Parking".

Helpful Building Descriptions

  • The building is tan concrete with glass windows.    
  • We have a silver art sculpture located in front of our building.
  • Our office is on the corner of Bank St and Martine Ave (one way street).

Parking and Arrival
There are two entrances on both Martine Ave and Bank Street.

  • The entrance on Martine Ave is the last garage entrance on the left hand side right before Martine Ave ends with a green sign labeled "Ten Bank Street Parking."
  • The entrance on Bank St is located between the Mercedes Benz dealership and our office and has a green sign labeled "Ten Bank Street Parking."

The parking garage has a 7’ height restriction.

When entering from either street entrance you will pull up to a gate. Press the button for an attendant. Please tell the attendant you are here for an appointment with Edelman Financial Services. The attendant will direct you to visitor parking on the ground floor of the garage. Enter the lobby through the clear doors. Make a left at the vending machine. Please sign in at front desk. Take the elevator to the 12 floor, Suite #1215 and follow the arrows to the Edelman Financial offices.

NOTE:

Commencing on Monday, June 8, 2015, in order to mitigate against the risk of unauthorized personnel having access to our garage, the entry gates shall remain open ONLY during the following hours on business days:

  • 8:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
  • 5:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.

Of course, all building tenants will continue to be able to gain entry to the garage “24/7” via use of their access cards.
