For example, we sponsor a wealth of outings for staff and their families, and encourage staff to be comfortable with casual dress codes and periodic "Stress Down Days." As a personal tribute, on the company's 10th anniversary, Ric and Jean Edelman flew the entire staff and their families -- along with three families from the Leukemia Society -- to Disney World for four days.
